Although a lot of errors can be solved at home, and fixing error codes can be incredibly simple, this isn’t always the case. There will be times when you will need to see an expert at a Rad Power Bikes dealer or a good e-Bike mechanic.
Problems like sticky switches or loose connections are really easy to fix. Phase wires and anything that involves you opening up a motor or controller casing are generally not as simple. Not only do these pose an extra risk of further damaging the bike, but they also pose a risk to you.
Many Rad Power Bikes come with a two-year warranty. In this case, we can’t stress the importance of taking it to the dealer enough. Unfortunately, if you start tampering with the bike and then go to the dealer later, the warranty is often voided.
